1-2-1 & Small Group (2-4 persons) Coaching Package

Lead by our Head of Cricket and ECB Advanced Coach, Rohan Clarke, the team offers a varied set of coaching skills enfolding all cricketing disciplines (batting | bowling – seam and spin | wicket keeping) to cater for all your coaching needs.

What's in it for you? Two tiers of sessions which could include;

• Conducted by Qualified Level 2 and 3 coaches
• Individualised Player Development Plans
  • Assessment
  • Video Analysis
  • Holistic Player Development Programme / Prescription
    • To include consultation with County/Board if playing representative cricket
    • Monitoring and feedback
• Return to Train & Play Protocols
• Sessions conducted for batting, bowling (fast & spin), wicketkeeping or a combination
  • Batting sessions facilitated using:
    • Bowling machines
    • Specific skill development drills
    • Throw downs
    • Sidearm
  • Bowling sessions facilitated using:
    • Technical Adjustment
    • Speed assessment & development/increase
    • Biomechanical assessment
  • Wicketkeeping sessions facilitated using:
    • Technical Adjustment
    • Physical Preparation
  • Load Management
    • To include consultation with County/Board if playing representative cricket
• Mentorship
• 3 months use of Ludimos analytical system with Player Development Plan (PDP) – Eleven (11) week Programme

Tier 1 - Single Adhoc Session

1. 45 Minute Session Available to U15s
   1. Rohan Clarke - £60
   2. Brendon Louw and Alasdair Appleby - £50
2. 60 Minute (1 hour) Session – Over 15+
   1. Rohan Clarke - £70
   2. Brendon Louw and Alasdair Appleby - £60
3. Group sessions of 2-4 players incur additional fee of £10 per player

Tier 2 - Bespoke Player Development Plan (PDP) – Eleven (11) week Programme – £650-750

1. Consultation, Administration, Development Plan
2. Programme Delivery
3. Review
   1. PDP Administration
   2. Programme Delivery
      1. 45 Minute Session Available to U15s
      2. 60 Minute (1 hour) Session – Over 15+
      3. Two (2) 60-minute single specialism sessions
   3. Three (3) months use of Ludimos analytical system
