Sadly the rain put paid to this fixture after only 10 overs. Winning the toss & electing to bat, a steady start by the 1864's but at 7 Belinda (4) was lbw to Birkett.
Jacob 14* (32b 2x4) & Jan 13* (22b 1x4) made steady progress until the rain intervened after 10 overs & did not relent. The match was abandoned in mid afternoon. 5 points to each team means the 1864's remain 5th on 99 points after 10 games.
