Private Functions

Located in the heart of Gosforth, South Northumberland Cricket Club is an attractive, link convenient and affordable setting for a variety of social and corporate events. 

• The Function Room and Clubhouse are frequently used for wedding receptions, christenings, birthday parties and other private events.
• Our custom made indoor marquee transforms the Cricket Centre in to a spectacular banqueting hall catering for up to 500 guests, making it one of the largest indoor venues in the north east for one week in May and one week in September each year. The space has successfully hosted balls, dinners, fayres, conventions and exhibitions.
• All facilities enjoy spectacular views of the cricket ground.

Corporate Functions

Our facilities are available for Corporate Hire. This ranges form a meeting room for a small group, to a large hall with an integral marquee which can seat up to 500 people. We can provide catering or work with a range of external companies to deliver a bespoke package for you. 

We have hosted small group meetings and staff development and training days that have included a meal, bar, indoor tennis and other team games.
